Browse the catalog, add the item you want to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive instructions on how to claim the item via Steam.
How long will it take to receive my purchased item?+
Orders are typically processed within 7 to 14 days. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we'll offer a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund.
Does my Steam inventory need to be public?+
Yes. To successfully deliver your item, your Steam inventory must be open for trading — Steam Guard enabled, with no holds or trade restrictions in place.
How secure is logging in with Steam?+
Completely secure — we use the official Steam OpenID system, which never requires you to share your password. We have no access to your account credentials.
How do I sell my TF2 items on the platform?+
Log in through Steam, select the items you want to sell, set your price, and publish your listing. Once approved, listings typically go live within a few hours.
How do I get paid after a sale?+
Funds are released immediately once the transaction is completed — just make sure your payout details are set under My Account → Payout Details. A 10% platform commission applies to every successful sale.
